Please follow the instructions on the booking form (see below) - they should be clear but if you have any queries just drop us an email and we will do our best to help you. You will also find a link to the rental agreement that sets out the terms and conditions of the agreement between us should you wish to book Breach House. Once signed it represents a binding contract between us.
The house is well equipped and should include everything you require for a comfortable holiday. The following notes may also be of help.
Breach House is in a rural location and close to army ranges. Occasionally noise from agricultural and army machinery can be heard.
Whilst we will take preventative action regarding the management of pests the reality is that in rural areas insects and other pests are fairly common and not necessarily and indication of poor housekeeping standards.
We have endeavoured to provide ample storage space but wardrobe, drawer and cupboard space may be limited compared to what you have at home
We should point out that we cannot be held responsible for any building or road workings that may be carried out close to Breach House. We will endeavour to advise you should we become aware of any anticipated works, although these can occur at any time without prior notice.
In the interests of safety, please ensure that hairdryers, straightners and irons etc are unplugged after use.
The log burner must not be left alight when you are not in the property.
If you require a travel cot to be left out for you please notify us as part of the booking process. You are required to bring your own bedlinen for the cot.
Special requests may be made prior to travel and whilst we will endeavour to meet them, this unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. In no circumstances will requests accepted by us form part of our contractual obligations and we will not have any liability if they are not met unless this has been agreed by us in writing.
